The early-spring installation of Miloš Šejn for Školská 28 organically compounds his persistent fascination by the nature, natural science, art and spiritual experience, and connects all these parts into a single unit. The theme of gardening and botany reflects its mundane meaning alongside the expression of wonder in his activities as a collector and investigater. Perhaps not by pure accident, the gallery is attached to an inner garden, hidden between the high walls of the surrounding houses.

Entitled Gardening, the multimedia installation of Miloš Šejn (1947) echoed the artist's memories of his parents: "My parents liked gardening ... ", he said. Working with details from the family photographs, Šejn covered a wall with a light collage composed of snapshots of people, children, tree branches, flowers, the artist's drawings and Latin herabariums; the collage was accompanied by Eric Satié's music. The installation project included gardener's tools, a microscope for examining the dandelion leaf, flower pots and a video film of the philosopher Miroslav Petříček speaking about the dandelion. The aim of the installation was illuminating the past life of Šejn as a human being and his future life as a plant. The opening ceremony included a presentation of the communication between people and plants, executed by Miloš Vojtěchovský from the Experimental Institute for Botany. On March 11, Šejn with the assistance of the Handa Gote ensemble presented a performance entitled The Harvest, Raking the Sounds and Composting the Pictures. Miloš Šejn works with the media of drawing, painting, new media, performance, experimental dance and contributes by site-specific projects. He directs the Intermedia Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague.
